All our in person business classes will be professionally recorded and uploaded in the members area promptly. All our virtual sessions will be recorded. Our women’s circles ceremonies will NOT be recorded as we want to honor the sacredness of the event.

No, we wanted to give you weekly touch points because sometimes that’s what you need! Other times, you won’t need that much connection. It’s more of a buffet for you to choose what you need in a given month.

At the very least, we recommend you make it to your monthly mastermind session. This is where you’ll get the most individualized attention and where you’ll be building more intimate relationships.

For the duration of the mastermind – October 2024 - July 2025.

In short, you are going to love it. It’s like a spiritual girls night but instead of drinking and talking about past memories, we’re going to commune with the Divine and build our dream futures.

We will gather at a gorgeous, private location. You’ll get time to arrive, unwind from your day, connect with women in the community, eat and just be. 

We will then sit together in a circle. You’ll be guided into a powerful meditation and given time after the meditation to reflect on what came up for you. You’ll be given the chance to share what came up for you if you feel called to do that. 

And then we dance. 

Our ancestors used to do this monthly with the full moon, it’s time we bring back this ancient practice of gathering as women to strengthen our community in a beautifully sacred way.

We are not. 

We really want to unite the business women in our city and we believe strongly in diversity – and that includes diversity of thoughts and beliefs. 

Our women’s circles are very sacred and spiritual and we will speak of God – but our founder Elizabeth Powers really respects your personal religious views and does not want to push her views onto you.

As for politics – it’s high time that we come TOGETHER to strengthen our economy even if we differ politically. If you lean left, lean right, or don’t lean any which way – we want your diverse viewpoint in our group. 

We don’t tolerate discrimination, period.

We get it – we’ve all joined a program that sounded really great but turns out it just wasn’t the right place for us. 

But here’s the deal – this is a year long offer with monthly in person events and a team to support…we can’t have women joining and leaving when we are putting these events together for a specific number of people.

If you work with us and feel this isn’t the right community for you, you can give us 90 days notice that you’d like to leave the mastermind. We will discontinue monthly payments - or - refund you the prorated amount from the pay in full payment. 

AKA you can break your contract as long as you give us 90 days to plan accordingly for future events.

HOWEVER, no refunds on monthly payments already processed will be given. If you come to an in person event, we can’t refund you for the lunch you ate or the speaker you learned from, you see.

All of the things listed above are solely networking communities. They may offer an educational component, but it is not designed in a cohesive program like ours is. They may offer masterminds, but the group isn’t a cohesive group that meets month after month, letting important relationships build so you can grow from one quarter to the next. 

Some of those are also nonprofit organizations. We are NOT a nonprofit. We are a FOR PROFIT organization for a very good reason – women businesses are NOT charity.  In order to deliver you a superior experience, we have to hire videographers, web designers, teachers, program creators, assistants, community managers, CPAs, event planners, coaches, photographers, media managers, software developers, and more. We’ve got to make money to help you make money.

Some of those organizations are also run by a business owner who has a business on top of running the networking group, again this is different from us. This is our founder, Elizabeth Powers’, company and we are dedicated to helping you grow. This is not a side gig. 

We are for profit and full time, meaning we are here to help you make money and we are obsessed with your success. We are here for you when you need us (during appropriate business hours of course!).

The educational component is taught in person, letting you have access to the teacher right then and there. All of our classes will be recorded in case you can’t attend live. We are also setting aside time for you to IMPLEMENT what you’re learning. 

In other words, we teach you, we give you space to implement, and we’re on your ass to make sure you’re doing your work.

You don’t need a TON of more information as the feminine CEO you are stepping into. You’ll soon be hiring a team to help you with a lot of things. You need to know what you need to know to increase your visibility on and offline, get more leads and sales, to make more money so you can stay in the CEO role and hire other people to help you with other aspects of your business.

In other words, you need to know what you need to know and you need to implement and take bold action. 

This isn’t a program where you get no access to the teacher or buried with content. We’re here for you and we’re simplifying what you need to know down.
