What to expect: This workshop will be part lecture, part discussion. Inclusive Communities will lead the discussion starting with talking about identities and reflections, where we'll analyze our own identities and learn to see visible and non-visible identities. 

The conversation will shift to a discussion on race, encouraging participants to reflect on their own early memories of examples of racism, moving to perceptions of race and how it effects our society today. 

The goal is to create a constructive dialogue around race and identities so that we can all be more educated on how to be inclusive in our businesses and beyond.
